School in full swing

My course is going brilliantly so far. We've developed our first rolls of film and prints. I've got five projects on the go, along with a major year-long project in which I take 12 pictures, develop, print and mount. Then I write a 1000 word essay on my compositions.

We have three themes to choose from: The Natural World, Youth Culture, or Does the Camera Lie? I've chosen the Natural World and I'm going to do Glencoe. I will do my first six images in October, when we go through, and then I'll do my 6 other images in April from the exact same spots. I'm quite excited about it.

I've invested in filters, and I believe my husband is buying me a negative scanner so that I can get my film work onto my macbook.  Hard to believe we're coming into October already!
